    Dr. Tamara Moodie, Founder & CEO of South Florida Autism, Inc., is seeking a highly skilled, mission-aligned Executive Assistant to support the leadership and operations of multiple nonprofit, educational, and personal business entities. This role requires exceptional discretion, organization, initiative, and the ability to manage across four interconnected organizations plus personal professional responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can anticipate needs before they arise, and understands how to support a visionary leader. A full benefit package and vacation/paid time off are included. Responsibilities: Entities Supported: Multiple affiliated schools and organizations within the South Florida Autism network. Executive & Administrative Support • Manage complex calendars across multiple entities (school, nonprofit, personal, travel, medical, board, and events) • Serve as primary gatekeeper for meetings, calls, and priorities • Draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence and internal communications • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, follow-ups, and action trackers • Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion Multi-Entity Operations Management • Coordinate across leadership teams, board members, vendors, and community partners • Track deadlines, contracts, renewals, compliance items, and deliverables for each entity • Assist with grant timelines, events, trainings, and board-related logistics • Maintain organized digital filing systems across entities Personal & Professional Integration • Support Dr. Moodie’s personal calendar, travel coordination, and select personal administrative needs • Assist with brand management, speaking engagements, publications, and special projects • Help streamline workflows to reduce overload and improve sustainability **** Strategic Support • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems • Help prioritize initiatives aligned with long-term vision • Act as a trusted thought partner and organizational anchor **** Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Bilingual, fluent English and Spanish • 5+ years supporting a senior executive, founder, or CEO • Experience supporting multiple organizations or complex portfolios • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable handling confidential and high-level matters • Calm under pressure, flexible, and solutions-focused Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
