You’ll be the right-hand person to our founders, ensuring their days run smoothly while keeping our small corporate office organized and efficient.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Provide full administrative support to founders, including complex calendar management, email oversight, and meeting coordination.

    · Anticipate scheduling conflicts, shifting priorities, and logistical challenges before they arise, proactively presenting solutions.

    · Book domestic travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage logistics for both business and personal travel.

    · Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and internal gatherings.

    · Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate office, including vendor coordination, ordering supplies, and ensuring the space runs efficiently.

    · Assist with personal and professional tasks as needed, serving as a trusted extension of the founders.

    · Act as the primary in-office point of contact when founders are traveling.

    · Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

    · Organize, prioritize, and balance responsibilities across multiple businesses simultaneously.

    · Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiencies using technology and automation tools.

    Qualifications:

    · 5+ years of executive or senior administrative assistant experience, ideally supporting C-suite executives.

    · Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

    · Highly tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling/travel platforms.

    · Experience booking complex travel arrangements and managing detailed itineraries.

    · Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and anticipate needs.

    · Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

    · Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.

    · A hands-on approach and willingness to assist with a variety of office tasks, from strategic to operational.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role:

    · Naturally anticipates challenges and addresses them before they impact the founders’ schedules or operations.

    · Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

    · Builds trust through reliability, discretion, and consistency.

    · Thrives in fast-paced environments with constantly shifting priorities.

    Why You’ll Love This Role:
