StradBio is a small, fast-growing Seattle-based biotechnology company developing new therapies for cancers. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the StradBio leadership team. This is a hands-on, in-person role that sits at the center of our operations, keeping calendars running smoothly, ensuring contracts and documents move through the right channels, and serving as a key interface with external partners in billing, legal, and administration.
Role Description:
Manage complex calendars for leadership, including scheduling internal meetings, external calls, and travel
Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, including preparing agendas and tracking follow-ups
Serve as the primary point of contact for billing partners, tracking invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments
Interface with legal counsel to route contracts, NDAs, and other agreements through review and signature pipelines
Maintain organized document management systems for contracts, compliance records, and administrative files
Support leadership with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and ad hoc administrative projects
Anticipate needs and proactively identify ways to improve processes and reduce friction for the team
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role
Excellent organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with contract routing and interfacing with legal and billing teams (biotech or life sciences experience a plus)
Proficiency with standard office and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, DocuSign or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working closely with a small, senior team and taking ownership of tasks without close supervision
