Job Description
Executive Assistants perform an array of administrative and office functions essential to maximizing organizational efficiency. This role is primarily responsible for managing executives’ complex schedules through prioritization and organization, handling travel arrangements, creating expense reports, coordinating events, and disseminating information. Successful candidates can work in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the organization, including collaborating with the administrative support team at MicroStrategy.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain complex executives' schedules, including setting up, adjusting and prioritizing calendars
Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel
Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports on a timely basis
Maintains confidentiality during interactions with all levels of the organization
Answer and direct phone calls or email inquiries to appropriate parties
Support in the preparation of materials such as invoices, reports, or presentations
Schedule and organize team meetings, offsite events, or other special projects
Ensure that meeting materials are prepared and provided to attendees
Provide secondary support to direct reports as required

The final offer is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
