We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in driving this mission forward. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Act as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with special projects, presentations, and event planning as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
