The Fortitude Team is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing client services team. We partner with Inherit Guard, an estate attorney network, to help families navigate the estate planning process. As the first point of contact for many of the clients, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience by answering inquiries, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and enjoys helping people while staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Respond to client phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Schedule consultations and manage appointment calendars Confirm upcoming appointments and send reminders Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients Maintain accurate client records and documentation Coordinate communication between clients and our team Assist with general office administration and data entry Help create a welcoming, professional experience for every client Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred but not required Compensation: $70,000
