We’re seeking a professional, proactive, and highly organized personal assistant. You’ll be responsible for assisting our Managing Attorney with administrative and personal household duties, including making travel arrangements, managing the calendar, performing small decorating tasks, organizing storage, scheduling and managing events, answering phone calls, preparing PowerPoint presentations, managing social media marketing, and having good computer technology skills. This Job is to Assist Attorney Arnice Foster, who is an Attorney, Fitness and Business Coach. Responsibilities: • Serve as the main contact for high-level executive • Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc. • Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings Key Responsibilities Administrative Support • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. • Maintain email inboxes and manage email distribution lists. • Draft professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Social Media Management • Create posts, record videos, edit content, and post to social media sites. • Research strategies and methods to grow and optimize social media accounts. • Respond to comments, engage with followers, and participate in relevant groups to grow community presence. Event Coordination • Research, book, and plan events from concept to execution. • Order supplies, set up event spaces, and attend events to ensure successful delivery. Brand Development & Marketing • Brainstorm branding campaigns and marketing strategies in line with company vision. • Design and produce print marketing materials (business cards, flyers, etc.). • Coordinate production, delivery, and distribution of printed materials. Client Relations • Draft and send client correspondence via email. • Manage consultation scheduling and follow-ups. • Conduct client consultations and close sales calls. Website Management • Maintain, develop, and update the company website using Mastermind software. • Learn and apply best practices for creating and managing a functional, user-friendly website. Foster Fit Method Course Support • Generate meal plans and course calendars. • Create PowerPoints and visual content for webinars and educational materials. • Hold weekly accountability meetings with clients. • Manage course-related communications and payment processing. • Develop engaging graphics, visuals, monthly challenges, and incentive programs. • Utilize Mastermind software for written promotions and client correspondence. Other Duties as Assigned • Create requested print materials for The Foster Firm. • Assist in ongoing company development and internal projects. Compensation: $19 - $20 hourly
