The Mission The CEO of a Real Estate Mega Team and multiple additional business ventures is seeking a physical shadow to keep them on task and on time. This is NOT a “remote” or traditional “office-based” role. This is NOT a 9-5 Monday-Friday desk job either. You will be at the CEO’s side daily and accessible as needed (including evenings and weekends), traveling between various offices, properties, and high-level meetings across the St. Louis metro area. The goal is simple: Maximize the CEO’s time. You will handle the friction of his day so he can focus on high-level decision-making. You will work by his side to ensure the CEO is always in the right place, with the right information, at the right time. The Core Reality • The Shadow: You are with the CEO from the first meeting to the last. You are his “external brain,” capturing every promise made, every task assigned, and every follow-up required in real-time. • The Road Warrior: You will be traveling locally between offices and sites daily. You must be comfortable working on the move and maintaining total organization without a permanent desk. • The Pivot: No two days are the same. You must have a high tolerance for shifting priorities and be “game” for a variety of tasks that change by the hour. • The Personality: The CEO is a high-capacity, direct, and fast-paced leader. You must be thick-skinned, highly observant, and able to communicate with brevity and precision. Should you apply? If you are intimidated by direct feedback or prefer a predictable 9-to-5, this is not the role for you. If you are a high-level “fixer” who wants to be the right hand to a dominant leader, please submit: • Your resume and a brief cover letter. • You will also be required to complete a DISC personality profile screening assessment through WizeHire. In your cover letter, please describe a time you had to pivot an entire day’s schedule on the fly due to a CEO’s changing priorities. This person MUST live within the greater St Louis metro area to be considered. Responsibilities: • Physical Gatekeeping: Managing the “hallway” and “in-between” moments. You ensure the CEO isn’t hijacked by low-priority distractions between meetings. • On-Site Organization: From managing paperwork to ensuring meeting rooms and attendees are ready, and the CEO is briefed, you handle the logistics before he walks through the door. • Real-Time Task Capture: You are the scribe of the day. You ensure that nothing discussed in a car ride or a site visit is lost, feeding actionable items to the necessary recipients and closing the loop to ensure completion. • High-Stakes Coordination: You act as the air-traffic controller for the CEO’s movements, ensuring travel time is optimized and that he arrives at every location prepared and on schedule. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in high-level support (EA, Chief of Staff, or Private Client support). • Flawless driving record and a reliable vehicle (if not traveling in the CEO’s vehicle). • Total proficiency in mobile productivity tools and CRM systems. • Ability to work a flexible schedule that matches the CEO’s “Mega Team” pace. • Keen attention to detail and communication skills • Residential or Commercial Real Estate administrative experience is a plus, but not required. • Located in the St. Louis metro area (remote applicants will not be considered). Compensation: $60,000+ annually
