Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to support our leadership team and enhance the efficiency of our overall office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for philanthropy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
This job is mostly remote but will require you to come to the office in-person a few times a month. This is a hourly position, 1099 employee, with the expectation of 30-39 hours / week. Benefits not included.
