Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required. This key team member will allow our agents to focus more on selling real estate and less on the back-end administrative details. While a background in real estate is preferred, it’s not required. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing transactions from contract to close and supporting our agents and team lead with daily administrative tasks. Compensation: • $45,000 base salary + commission and bonuses • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Growth potential Responsibilities: • Assisting and supporting the owner in all business and personal areas needing assistance. • Manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance. • Schedule home inspections, appraisals, and any required repairs or re-inspections. • Assist with negotiating inspection responses and obtaining approvals on offers/counteroffers. • Communicate consistently with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors to ensure a smooth closing process. • Maintain organized digital files and ensure all required documentation is submitted on time. • Manage post-closing follow-up, including client communication and database updates. • Keep lead agents informed about any issues or concerns needing attention. • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and occasional team events. • Implement special projects and assist with general administrative support as needed. • Track key performance indicators, lead sources, and team data. • Support marketing initiatives such as social media posts or listing coordination when requested. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the transaction process. Qualifications: • Real estate license preferred, or willingness to obtain one (reimbursement offered) • Spanish-speaking (bilingual in English and Spanish) is a plus , but not required • Real estate or transaction coordination experience preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and project management abilities • Tech-savvy; able to learn new systems quickly (experience with KW Command, Dotloop, or Skyslope is a plus) • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Critical thinker with high attention to detail • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Learning-based, service-minded, and growth-oriented • Comfortable working with strong personalities • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude.
