We are seeking an exceptional Executive Real Estate Assistant to support a high-level CEO and top-performing real estate team. This is not your average assistant role — we’re looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and driven, with the ability to manage a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Assist with listing showings, property inspections, and preparing homes for sale • Manage scheduling, communications, and high-level organizational tasks for the CEO • Support recruiting efforts and help onboard/train new agents • Oversee lead management systems and ensure timely follow-up • Coordinate with team members, vendors, and clients to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of experience supporting a high-level executive (real estate experience a plus) • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once • Strong communication and leadership skills — comfortable training others and taking initiative • Willingness to get a Florida real estate license (if not already licensed) • Local candidate (Tampa Bay area) who can work in the office and in the field • Flexible schedule, including weekends when needed Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
