    Remote About the Opportunity Grimaldi Law Firm, a fast-growing and mission-driven U.S. law firm, is seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO and, as needed, our COO. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with experience supporting senior executives in a remote environment. You will serve as a trusted right hand to leadership—managing executive schedules, communications, and both business and personal priorities—so our executives can focus on high-impact work. This is not a traditional administrative role. It requires excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently while staying closely aligned with leadership. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s and COO’s calendars, ensuring alignment between business and personal commitments • Organize meetings, conferences, and networking events across time zones • Triage emails and communications, ensuring timely and professional responses • Handle complex travel planning (domestic and international, business and personal) • Attend executive meetings virtually, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through • Assist with project coordination, office support, and vendor management • Coordinate household schedules, appointments, and service providers as needed • Track expenses, organize digital records, and coordinate personal events • Prepare correspondence, thank-you notes, and referral call lists • Provide light bookkeeping support and ensure bills are paid on time Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Proven experience directly supporting a CEO, COO, or senior executive • Experience working in an organization with 25+ employees preferred • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • Excellent written and spoken English (required) • High level of discretion and comfort in handling confidential information • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Strong remote work discipline and ability to manage shifting priorities • Confident using modern tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and calendar systems Work ScheduleFully remote position • Full-time availability required during U.S. Eastern Time business hours Compensation: $2,000 Monthly
