Real Estate Ops Focused We’re hiring a high-performing Executive Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in real estate transactions to support the CEO of Express Home Offers — a real estate investment company based in Houston, TX. This is a hybrid role for someone local to Houston who can own scheduling, deal flow, team coordination, and personal logistics. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and inbox • Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and follow-ups • Oversee real estate transactions from contract to close (title coordination, timelines, follow-ups) • Maintain CRM (RESimpli), ClickUp, Google Sheets, and checklists • Communicate with title companies, sellers, buyers, and vendors • Track and report on weekly team KPIs (sales, dispo, marketing, finance) • Follow up on tasks and ensure team accountability • Support brand activities (Instagram content schedule, YouTube uploads, podcast bookings) • Coordinate travel, appointments, gifts, and personal logistics for the CEO • Spot bottlenecks early and proactively resolve them Compensation • Full-Time Base Salary : $55,000–$65,000/year (depending on experience) • Part-Time Rate : $25–$35/hour (depending on experience & availability) • Performance Bonuses : Up to $10,000/year based on contribution and KPIs • Hybrid schedule (remote + local in-person as needed) • Growth opportunities and direct access to high-level operations and leadership Location Houston, TX only (must be local – remote applicants outside Houston will not be considered) Employment Type Full-Time or Part-Time (W-2 preferred) Qualifications: Required: • Minimum 1 year of experience in residential real estate transactions (title, TC, agent support, or similar) • Must be based in Houston, TX, and available for occasional in-person meetings • Proven ability to manage calendars, schedules, and team priorities with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and Slack etiquette • High level of organization, attention to detail, and task follow-through • Tech-savvy: Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, RESimpli (or similar CRM), and QuickBooks • Can handle sensitive information with discretion and emotional intelligence • Ability to think 2–3 steps ahead and proactively solve problems • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Clear and confident communicator • Proactive, trustworthy, and reliable with high follow-through • Thrives in a fast-paced business-minded environment Preferred: • Experience supporting a CEO, business-minded, or high-level executive • Familiarity with real estate investment terms and contract-to-close process (cash, novation, retail) • Basic understanding of content workflows for social media (e.g., scheduling, file coordination) • Familiarity with KPI tracking or weekly reporting processes Compensation: $65,000
