Responsibilities: • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and deadlines • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for email and scheduling needs • Handle confidential communications and business tasks with professionalism and accuracy • Assist with personal errands and household logistics as needed • Occasionally serve as a chauffeur for meetings, events, or airport transportation • Coordinate travel and event logistics • Help maintain order and efficiency in both personal and professional life Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives • Impeccable discretion, judgment, and integrity • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Tech proficiency in tools like Google Suite, calendar management systems, and task/project tools • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to anticipate needs • Must live in the Northern Virginia area with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
