    This is a high-trust, fast-paced role designed for someone with admin experience, strong instincts, and big career goals. They will help manage communication, protect the CEO’s time, and eventually become the backbone of our growth strategy. Support a founder and high-performance business-minded individual across multiple business lines, to include: real estate sales and acquisitions, mortgage financing, development, and education. Our business spans real estate brokerage, mortgage origination, portfolio management for Keegan’s personal portfolio, development, private lending, and content-driven growth strategies. Your job is to own his calendar, communicate on his behalf, anticipate his next moves and the needs of the company, and strategic follow-up while helping him focus on the work that drives the company forward, creating new business and new relationships. There will be a questionnaire and video response required after application submission. Responsibilities: Executive Support & Calendar Management • Manage and prioritize a dynamic schedule of meetings, calls, property tours, and personal obligations. • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical planning for local and out-of-town engagements. • Draft agendas, meeting briefs, and prep documents for key interactions. • Monitor inbox and communications, flagging urgent items and responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate. Client & Team Coordination • Communicate directly with high-level clients, partners, and team members with professionalism and discretion. • Organize CRM tasks, pipelines, and follow-ups to ensure consistent client engagement. • Coordinate meetings, recruiting calls, and performance check-ins with team members and external vendors. Business Operations & Project Management • Manage timelines and execution for special projects, including hiring, launches, and systems updates. • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal checklists. • Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and business vendors to ensure smooth operations. Marketing & Brand Support (Light) • Assist with client gifting, branded outreach, and event coordination. • Support occasional content posting, video uploads, or listing marketing (optional based on experience). • Draft professional client communications and branded email templates as needed. Tracking & Accountability • Report on business metrics, lead sources, and client engagement. • Prepare summaries and visual reports for regular check-ins and strategic planning. • Act as a thought partner and accountability support, helping keep priorities aligned and goals moving forward. Qualifications: • Experience: 1-4 years in an Executive Assistant, admin staff, or high-level coordinator role (bonus if real estate, lending, or operations-related). • Location: San Diego-based. • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, tech-savvy, and highly organized. • Traits: Proactive, reliable, detail-obsessed, discreet, and able to operate independently. • Tools: Familiarity with CRMs, G Suite, project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.), and light design or email marketing platforms is a plus. Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
