We are searching for an accomplished and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to senior leadership, mainly functioning within the sales leadership space. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, excel at multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who can manage tasks effectively, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the company. We look for a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a strategic thinker. The ideal candidate will be within commuting distance to our office, as this is not a remote position. Responsibilities: • Act as an integral extension of the leadership team to perform a variety of functions crucial to the success of the business as a whole. • Skillfully manage the calendars of senior management, meticulously scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls to optimize time. • Prepare, review, and edit a range of documents, reports, presentations, and communications with precision and attention to detail. • Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries, screening and directing emails and calls professionally and efficiently. • Display a high level of professionalism while also being a strong culture fit within our family-oriented company. • Have a strong desire to function within a high-energy, fast-paced sales organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or related discipline. • Significant experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus, but not a requirement. • Previous experience supporting a sales executive or working in a fast-paced/sales-focused / high-energy workplace. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital tools. • Social media proficiency is a plus as we want this individual to be a visible addition to and extension of the team. • Exceptional organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing tasks and priorities adeptly. • Strong people skills with the ability to interact with various personalities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating accuracy and clarity. • Capacity to excel under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion. • Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for cross-team collaboration. • Outside-the-box thinker with a "YES" mentality. • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
