Trussell's Transformations is a locally owned residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, custom cabinetry, countertops, and home improvements. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to serve as the right hand to the owners while helping coordinate remodeling projects and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate enjoys bringing order to chaos, anticipates needs before being asked, and takes pride in helping others stay organized and successful. This is a key leadership support position for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, solving problems, staying organized, and helping a growing business run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide direct support to the owners with daily business operations
Assist with prioritizing tasks, scheduling, and follow-up on important projects
Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events
Prepare reports, documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Track deadlines and ensure important tasks are completed on time
Assist with special projects and business initiatives as needed
Manage cabinet orders, special orders, job add-ons, and warranty claims
Maintain project documentation and job files
Communicate with customers regarding schedules, selections, and project updates
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
Welcome and assist customers visiting our showroom
Support the sales process by preparing quotes, following up with customers, and assisting with product selections
Help ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from first contact through project completion
Assist with social media posting and marketing activities
Maintain showroom displays, samples, and pricing information
Help maintain an organized, professional office environment
Open and close the building as needed

Preferred Experience:
Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Office Manager, or Administrative Support experience
Remodeling, construction, cabinetry, interior design, or related industry experience

This is a Monday through Friday position Hours include: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday 8:00am - 4:30pm Tuesday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm Friday
