About the Role Wisconsin Home Improvement (WHI) we are looking for a uniquely talented, highly adaptable professional to partner directly with ownership on a wide variety of high-impact projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building new systems, and wants to be part of something being created from the ground up.

You will work side-by-side with the owner on initiatives that shape the future of the business — from internal operational improvements to helping launch a brand-new consulting model designed to package and replicate our successful insulation business for others.

What You’ll Work On

While projects will evolve, examples of current and upcoming initiatives include:

• WHI-U Training Program

Developing an internal training university that includes instructional videos, crew onboarding tools, and standardized processes for production teams.

• Retro America Consulting Launch

Helping build and package a full business model based on WHI’s proven systems — including documentation, workflows, processes, and marketing assets — that will be offered to other insulation companies and home service entrepreneurs.

• Operational & Strategic Projects

Supporting the owner with high-priority projects such as:

Process mapping and improvement

Research and development on new services or markets

Creating templates, playbooks, and SOPs

Data gathering, reporting, and project tracking

Special initiatives that align with growth and expansion

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organized with strong project management skills

A problem-solver who anticipates needs and brings solutions

Entrepreneurial — thinks like an owner and enjoys building things

A strong communicator, both written and verbal

Tech-savvy, able to learn software/tools quickly

Self-directed, able to run with a project independently after initial direction

1-3 years experience in operations, project management, training development, or small-business environment.
