    Alpha Kappa Psi is a nonprofit, co-ed professional business fraternity dedicated to developing principled business leaders through mentorship, leadership development, service, and lifelong professional connections. With a culture rooted in integrity, collaboration, and member service, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team and help advance our mission.

    As our Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations, board governance activities, and strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

    We offer a competitive compensation structure including a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience). We also offer a strong benefits package including paid vacation, paid holidays, medical insurance, 401K and much more!

    What You'll Do

    • Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments for the CEO and COO, proactively resolving conflicts and adapting to changing priorities.
    • Oversee and organize executive email inboxes, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
    • Prepare correspondence, presentations, agendas, reports, and executive materials that support effective leadership across the organization.
    • Conduct research and gather information for reports, projects, and special assignments.
    • Coordinate Board of Directors activities, including meeting logistics, preparation of materials, and post-meeting follow-up for the Fraternity, Foundation, and CLA.
    • Develop and maintain donor reports and dashboards while distributing key information to staff, board members, and leadership.
    • Manage donor engagement documentation, including the "log a call" process and other critical records.
    • Administer the scholarship selection process.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for chapter membership roster management, operational questions, and related processes.
    • Support executive leadership, volunteer leaders, and board members with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
    • Utilize Microsoft Planner to track goals, priorities, deadlines, and action items for executive leadership.

    What You Bring

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive-level support; experience supporting boards or governing bodies is highly preferred.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
    • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using Salesforce.
    • Experience coordinating meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling sensitive documentation.
    • A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing an exceptional member experience.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
