    A leading investment firm seeks an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a c-level executive and assist with administrative projects for back office teams. The firm prides themselves on having a fantastic and collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Only qualified candidates will be considered. Qualified candidates will have 10-15 years of experience supporting c-suite and additional teams coming out of asset management. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while prioritizing conflicting needs.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Assist back office teams with administrative projects, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the executive and other team members.
    • Support the planning and execution of company meetings, events, and conferences.
    • Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to information.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required. 
    • 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a similar capacity, within the asset management industry. 
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgent deadlines.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Compensation
    $170,000 per year
