    Our client is a leading asset manager seeking a motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support a new c-level executive within one of their investment funds. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's daily activities inclusive of managing a complex schedule, arranging travel, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

    **Qualified candidates will have 10-20 years of experience coming directly from a role supporting c-suite within a private equity firm or asset manager. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.***

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a complex calendar and scheduling, including coordinating meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
    • Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Assist with various projects and initiatives as directed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in a relevant capacity within the asset management space.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other office management software.
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary of $150,000 - 200,000
    • Competitive, discretionary bonus (15-25% typical)
    • 100% of benefits paid for by the firm
