    Full-Time | Long-Term Growth Role Compensation: $70,000 base + performance-based commission

Medsurity Experts is seeking a high-performance Executive Assistant to serve as the CEO’s right hand across business, medical-legal operations, and personal logistics. This is a full-time, high-responsibility role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is looking for a long-term position with growth potential.

This is a full-time position and cannot be pursued part-time or alongside school or other primary commitments. This role is intended to be long-term—not a one- or two-year position. The right candidate should be looking to grow, take on increasing responsibility, and “spread their wings” over time. Availability and responsiveness are critical.

    Role Overview

You will act as a central operator (“quarterback”), ensuring the CEO’s professional, operational, and personal priorities run efficiently. This role requires judgment, discretion, and high-level execution—not just task completion.

    Core Responsibilities

    1. Business & Medical-Legal Operations

Manage physician credentialing, licensing, and compliance (including state licenses and expert witness work)

Coordinate communications with attorneys, physicians, and business partners

Support recruiting initiatives and business development research

Oversee consulting workflows, case tracking, and onboarding processes

Drive operational efficiency, including automation and vendor management

    1. Executive & Personal Support

Manage calendar, appointments, and high-priority scheduling

Coordinate healthcare, wellness routines, and prescriptions

Handle personal logistics, errands, and high-touch requests

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

    1. Property & Lifestyle Management

Oversee multiple properties, vendors, and improvement projects

Coordinate maintenance, smart home systems, and upgrades

Manage service providers and ensure seamless operations

    1. Events, Travel & Special Projects

Plan travel, events, and team retreats

    Coordinate family and social engagements

Execute special projects (technical, creative, or business-related)

    1. Financial & Administrative Oversight

Manage bills, autopay systems, and subscriptions

Assist with credit card optimization and expense tracking

Monitor accounts and flag potential issues (e.g., fraud)

    Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or high-level operator

Exceptional organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently

High level of discretion and professionalism

Tech-savvy; comfortable managing tools, systems, and automation

Based in or near Weston, FL (preferred for occasional in-person needs)

    Seeking a long-term, high-growth role

Resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills

Comfortable supporting a CEO across diverse entrepreneurial initiatives

    Why This Role

Direct exposure to high-level decision-making and operations

    Significant autonomy and trust

    $70,000 base salary + performance-based commission

Unique mix of business, medical-legal, and lifestyle management

Clear path for long-term growth into a Chief of Staff–type role

    Ideal Candidate

You are extremely reliable, proactive, and resourceful. You don’t wait for instructions—you anticipate, prioritize, and execute. You are comfortable managing both high-level business operations and day-to-day details, and you take pride in being indispensable.
