    ABOUT THE FOUNDER & CEO The founder and CEO of Reimagine Resources leads its growth as a hands-on CEO frequently traveling for business. With direct responsibility for strategy, operations, and client relationships, the CEO requires an Executive Assistant who upholds their professional standards in all interactions.

    POSITION SUMMARY The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Founder & CEO, and serves as the primary gatekeeper for their time, communications, and priorities. This role demands unwavering professionalism, absolute discretion, and the ability to represent the CEO with authority and respect.

    The position begins part-time with potential to transition to full-time, including occasional domestic travel as needed.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Executive Support:

    Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision

    Screen and prioritize all incoming communications (email, phone, inquiries)

    Prepare professional correspondence and documents on behalf of the CEO

    Coordinate meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up actions

    Maintain organized records of contracts, projects, and key business documents

    Track company-wide deadlines and initiatives requiring CEO attention

    Gatekeeper & Representation:

    Serve as the professional interface for all CEO interactions

    Set expectations and tone for how colleagues, clients, and vendors engage with the CEO

    Exercise judgment in filtering requests and protecting the CEO's time

    Handle confidential matters with complete discretion

    Additional Support:

    Assist with select personal scheduling and logistics (travel-related)

    Occasional domestic travel to support CEO activities

    QUALIFICATIONS Essential:

    3+ years executive assistant experience supporting C-level leadership

    Impeccable professional judgment and communication skills

    Absolute discretion and proven ability to maintain confidentiality

    Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

    Bachelor's degree required

    Preferred:

    Experience supporting executives with heavy travel schedules

    Ability to represent executive leadership with authority and poise

    TRUST AND PROFESSIONALISM This role requires complete loyalty to the CEO's priorities and standards. The Executive Assistant must earn trust through consistent professionalism, discretion, and respect for the position they represent. All references will be thoroughly vetted.

    WORK ARRANGEMENT

    Part-time start: 20-25 hours per week during business hours

    Hybrid: Minimum 3 days per week in-office (Fenton, MO)

    First month primarily in-office for training

    Occasional travel required

    Full-time transition potential based on performance and company growth

    COMPENSATION

    $22.00 per hour starting

    $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on performance

    Contract-to-hire structure
