Our client is seeking a highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive team in the fast-paced real estate sector.
This role requires exceptional project management skills, the ability to manage multiple executives' schedules, and a proven track record of working with high-level officials, CEOs, or lawmakers. 
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring operational efficiency, and will represent the organization professionally in high-stakes meetings.
 Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing confidential information, attending high-level business meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actionable items.
 - Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules for up to six executives, ensuring seamless planning of meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
 - Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed on time and within scope. Act as a liaison between teams and ensure effective communication of project status.
 - Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with high-level stakeholders, clients, government officials, and business partners in the real estate industry. Serve as a key point of contact, maintaining professionalism at all times.
 - Meeting Preparation & Follow-through: Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed after meetings. Track progress and provide updates to the CEO.
 - Professional Demeanor: Maintain a polished, business-appropriate appearance and demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills in all interactions.
 - Team Coordination: Support and coordinate activities across multiple teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication channels.
 - Problem Solving: Anticipate issues, provide solutions, and proactively assist the CEO in navigating challenges within the real estate landscape.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, or similar high-level support role, ideally with experience working for CEOs, lawmakers, or top executives.
 - Project management expertise: Ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
 - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders and external partners.
 - Calendar management experience for multiple executives, ensuring conflict-free scheduling.
 - Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
 - Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software, and virtual meeting platforms.
 - Professional appearance and demeanor, with a natural ability to represent the company in high-level business settings.
 - Experience or familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
 - Understanding of the Yiddish language is a plus
 
Location: Monroe, NY and may require travel to meetings or events.
Salary: $150K
