Executive & Personal Assistant to COO – J National Location: Dallas, TX | Full-Time | In-Person Required

J National, a fast-paced and growing commercial property services company, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer. This unique role combines business and personal responsibilities, providing vital support to both the COO’s corporate leadership at J National and her personal property management and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Support (J National):

Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.

Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.

Assist with internal operations, team communications, and document preparation.

Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Liaise with department heads and external partners as needed.

Personal Support:

Oversee property management tasks including vendor coordination, scheduling repairs, and property upkeep.

Organize personal files, documents, and travel plans.

Assist with event planning and coordination.

Provide administrative support for personal projects and community initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience supporting executives or high-level managers.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task/project management tools.

Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet.

Comfortable working in both professional office and home environments.

Preferred Experience:

Background in operations, property management, or personal/executive assistance.

Familiarity with QuickBooks, real estate, or commercial services is a plus.
