    Location: Palo Alto, CA (In-Office)

    About the Role

We are seeking our first Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder & President in a highly visible and strategic role at the center of a fast-growing organization. With over 600 employees and a 170-person go-to-market team, the President oversees a demanding portfolio—driving revenue strategy, supporting the CEO and Board, and engaging with startup founders and executives.

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the President to operate at peak effectiveness. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-impact meetings and events, and ensure business operations run smoothly.

This role works closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, offering mentorship and exposure to executive-level decision-making, revenue initiatives, and leadership events. It's an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to grow into a trusted strategic partner within a high-growth company.

    Key Responsibilities

    Executive Support

    • Provide full executive support to the Co-Founder & President, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
    • Manage complex scheduling across internal leadership, board members, investors, and startup founders.
    • Prepare materials and logistics for board meetings, leadership meetings, and executive engagements.

    Strategic Coordination

    • Serve as a gatekeeper and prioritization partner, ensuring the President's time is allocated to the highest-impact opportunities.
    • Track priorities and ensure follow-ups across revenue initiatives, executive projects, and leadership commitments.

    Event & Hospitality Management

    • Coordinate leadership events, offsites, and executive gatherings, including venue selection, catering, swag, logistics, and end-to-end execution.
    • Manage hospitality details such as reservations, catering, and special touches for internal and external meetings.

    Operations & Special Projects

    • Support special projects related to revenue, go-to-market (GTM), and executive initiatives led by the President.
    • Partner with the Chief of Staff, existing EA team, and cross-office colleagues to maintain seamless operations.
    • Assist with logistics related to office moves and workspace planning as the company relocates its Palo Alto headquarters.

    Ideal Background

    • 3–5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives, founders, or senior leadership in a growth-stage company.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage both strategic and tactical work.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the emotional intelligence to interact confidently with board members, executives, investors, and cross-functional teams.
    • Experience coordinating events, offsites, and client or executive dinners is a strong plus.
    • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    Work Environment & Expectations

    • In-office presence in Palo Alto is essential.
    • Daily office presence required while the President is in town (approximately 9 out of 12 weeks per quarter).
    • Flexibility to work 3 days per week in office when the President is traveling.
    • This is a built-from-scratch EA role with significant visibility and impact.

    Why This Role?

    • First Executive Assistant hire with the opportunity to shape the role and build systems from the ground up.
    • Close exposure to founders, executives, and board leadership.
    • Opportunity to contribute to revenue strategy, GTM initiatives, and leadership operations.
    • A chance to grow alongside a fast-scaling company.
