A leading private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support members of its Deal Team. This role will provide a mix of high-level administrative and day-to-day support, including complex scheduling, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and general team support in a fast-paced investment environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior members of the Deal Team
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
- Schedule deal-related meetings, calls, and presentations with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and other documents
- Process expenses and assist with various administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate dinners, events, and other team activities
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative needs as they arise
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within financial services, investment banking, private equity, asset management, or a related environment required
- Experience supporting senior-level investment professionals or deal teams strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
