  • Responsibilities

    A leading private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support members of its Deal Team. This role will provide a mix of high-level administrative and day-to-day support, including complex scheduling, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and general team support in a fast-paced investment environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to senior members of the Deal Team
    • Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
    • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
    • Schedule deal-related meetings, calls, and presentations with internal teams and external partners
    • Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and other documents
    • Process expenses and assist with various administrative and operational tasks
    • Coordinate dinners, events, and other team activities
    • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
    • Support ad hoc projects and administrative needs as they arise

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within financial services, investment banking, private equity, asset management, or a related environment required
    • Experience supporting senior-level investment professionals or deal teams strongly preferred
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Professional judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    What They Offer:

    • $140,000–$170,000 total compensation, dependent on experience
