  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of Investor Relations at a leading investment firm. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior leader in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize the Head of IR’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics.

    • Prepare investor materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

    • Serve as a liaison between the Head of IR, investors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

    • Coordinate and track follow-ups from investor meetings and strategic initiatives.

    • Assist with special projects, including event planning, research, and operational support.

    • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and strategic information.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders within finance or investment environments.

    • Strong command of written communication, with the ability to assist in preparing investor-facing materials.

    • High level of discretion and professionalism when managing sensitive information.

    • Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

    • Comfortable interacting with investors, executives, and cross-functional teams.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with IR tools or CRM systems is a plus.
