    Role Overview

    The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the Investment team, driving efficiency across daily operations, investor communications, and event coordination. This role requires strong multitasking skills, superior judgment, and the ability to manage shifting priorities with calm and confidence.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level administrative support to members of the Investment team

    • Manage demanding calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and ensure seamless communication flow

    • Prepare investor materials, meeting briefs, and follow-up summaries; assist with maintaining CRM records

    • Support planning and execution of investor events including roadshows, AGMs, conference meetings, and fundraising initiatives

    • Build trusted relationships with investors, portfolio company executives, and internal stakeholders

    • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and process expense reports efficiently

    • Anticipate team needs and manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of executive support experience in private equity, investment banking, asset management, or investor relations

    • Strong understanding of the investor mindset and the pace of a deal-driven environment

    • Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills

    • Confident communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills

    • Proven ability to remain composed under pressure and navigate competing priorities

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred

    • Highly proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $130,000 – $150,000
