    Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations Team. This team plays a critical role in maintaining relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication, and delivering high-quality reporting and insights. This is a high-exposure role requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for senior team members
    • Prepare materials for investor meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of investor events, including conferences and roadshows
    • Maintain and update CRM systems with investor contact details, meeting notes, and relevant activity
    • Generate reports and support ad hoc requests related to investor communications

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, with at least 3 years supporting senior investment professionals in asset management, or a similar financial environment
    • Experience working in a client-facing or investor-focused role is strongly preferred
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as DealCloud, Salesforce, or Dynamo is a strong plus
    • Outstanding attention to detail and a track record of producing accurate, high-quality work under deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Professional and polished demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external investors
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

    Additional Details:

    • Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $150,000
    • Discretionary bonus in the 20–30% range
