  • Responsibilities

    A leading private equity firm is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to its Investor Relations (IR) team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless coordination of internal and external communications, high-volume scheduling, and event planning for a fast-moving, high-visibility team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Investor Relations team

    • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications

    • Prepare meeting materials, track follow-ups, and assist with CRM/database updates

    • Coordinate logistics for roadshows, investor meetings, annual meetings, and related events

    • Serve as a liaison with investors, portfolio companies, and internal departments

    • Support travel arrangements and expense reporting

    • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services or investor relations

    • Strong understanding of the demands and pace of a private equity or investment environment

    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    • High level of discretion and sound judgment

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

    • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary of $140,000 – $160,000, depending on experience
