wearing many hats? We're looking for a high-level Executive Assistant to support a growing
Iowa real estate agent. This role is the cornerstone of multiple businesses --
helping streamline real estate operations, coordinate marketing, and support the overall vision of scaling into something much bigger.

What You'll Do
Executive Support
- Own the calendar: schedule appointments, showings, and follow-ups
- Manage communication: screen/respond to emails, texts, and messages
- Track tasks, key dates, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Handle personal errands or administrative tasks as needed
Real Estate Sales Support- Prepare listing and offer documents using Dotloop
- Manage and update CRM (FollowUp Boss): leads, tagging, notes, follow-ups
- Coordinate marketing efforts: postcards, email campaigns, property flyers
- Ask for and organize client reviews (Google, Zillow)
- Help oversee transactions through closing
Marketing & Content Support
- Create and schedule social media content (primarily Facebook, potentially Instagram/LinkedIn)
- Assist with brand development and visibility
- Implement and track direct mail or digital marketing campaigns

- Local to Iowa: You're able to meet in person when necessary and visit properties if needed
What You Bring- Experience supporting an entrepreneur, executive, or high-performance team
- Strong tech skills -- comfortable with Gmail, Google Drive, CRMs, and design tools (Canva a plus)
- Real estate or admin experience is preferred but not required
- Willing to train the right person who brings the right mindset, behavior, and aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A growth mindset and desire to be part of something long-term
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $52,000 depending on experience and skill set
- Performance-based bonuses tied to transaction success, project support, and business growth
- Increased bonus potential based on performance or if licensed in real estate or willing to obtain license (support provided)
- Flexibility, autonomy, and a clear path to leadership as the company scales
Growth Path

opportunity to step into a leadership role, manage other team members or VAs, and be an integral
part of expanding both the retail and investment sides of the company.
