    Our client, a mission-driven organization focused on transforming complex industries through data, research, and strategic insights, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of senior executives.

    This is a high-impact opportunity for a proactive, polished professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys serving as a true business partner. The Executive Assistant will provide executive, operational, and project support while helping to drive efficiency across a growing organization.

    This role operates on a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in the office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a team of senior executives

    • Manage complex calendars, meeting prioritization, and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders

    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, materials, note-taking, and follow-up on action items

    • Plan and execute internal events, leadership meetings, and advisory sessions, including catering, travel logistics, technology coordination, and attendee communications

    • Arrange domestic travel, prepare expense reports, and support invoice processing

    • Maintain organized digital files, trackers, templates, and departmental records

    • Assist with vendor coordination, contract administration, and subscription management

    • Support onboarding logistics and orientation activities for new team members

    • Conduct research and manage special projects to support executive and organizational priorities

    • Partner closely with administrative colleagues across the organization while providing reception and team coverage as needed

     

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, professional environment required

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

    • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a polished executive presence

    • Experience managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism

    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and expense management platforms

    • Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to take initiative and continuously expand responsibilities

     

    Compensation & Work Structure

    • Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in the office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

    • Base salary range: $85,000–$95,000, plus discretionary bonus
