We are partnering with a prestigious private equity firm to identify a poised and highly capable Executive Assistant to support their Investment team. This role offers significant visibility within an investor-facing function and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Investment team, streamlining daily workflows, managing complex priorities, and supporting key investor-related activities. This individual must demonstrate sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide refined administrative support to senior members of the Investment team
Manage intricate calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
Draft, edit, and format investor materials, briefing documents, and follow-up communications; ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date
Assist with planning and execution of investor events, including AGMs, roadshows, conference agendas, and fundraising initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, portfolio company executives, and internal teams
Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel logistics and process related expenses
Anticipate needs, safeguard sensitive information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of executive support experience within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or investor relations
Strong understanding of investor expectations and the pace of a transaction-driven environment
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred
Highly proactive, resourceful, and collaborative team player
Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation range: $120,000–$175,000
