    We are partnering with a prestigious private equity firm to identify a poised and highly capable Executive Assistant to support their Investment team. This role offers significant visibility within an investor-facing function and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional support to senior investment professionals.

    Position Summary

    The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Investment team, streamlining daily workflows, managing complex priorities, and supporting key investor-related activities. This individual must demonstrate sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide refined administrative support to senior members of the Investment team

    • Manage intricate calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders

    • Draft, edit, and format investor materials, briefing documents, and follow-up communications; ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date

    • Assist with planning and execution of investor events, including AGMs, roadshows, conference agendas, and fundraising initiatives

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, portfolio company executives, and internal teams

    • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel logistics and process related expenses

    • Anticipate needs, safeguard sensitive information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of executive support experience within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or investor relations

    • Strong understanding of investor expectations and the pace of a transaction-driven environment

    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders

    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred

    • Highly proactive, resourceful, and collaborative team player

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Total compensation range: $120,000–$175,000
