We are partnering with a prestigious private equity firm to identify a poised and highly capable Executive Assistant to support Senior Investment Professionals. This role offers significant visibility within an investor-facing function and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Investment team, streamlining daily workflows, managing complex priorities, and supporting key investor-related activities. This individual must demonstrate sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide refined administrative support to senior members of the Investment team
- Manage intricate calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
- Draft, edit, and format investor materials, briefing documents, and follow-up communications; ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date
- Assist with planning and execution of investor events, including AGMs, roadshows, conference agendas, and fundraising initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, portfolio company executives, and internal teams
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel logistics and process related expenses
- Anticipate needs, safeguard sensitive information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or investor relations
- Strong understanding of investor expectations and the pace of a transaction-driven environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and collaborative team player
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation range: $120,000–$175,000
