    We are working with a leading private equity firm to hire a professional, resourceful Executive Assistant to support a senior investment team. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

    Key Responsibilities

    Executive & Team Support

    • Provide administrative support to senior investment professionals

    • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones

    • Coordinate internal and external meetings with investors, advisors, and portfolio companies

    • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents

    • Handle expense reports, approvals, and internal documentation

    Deal & Pipeline Coordination

    • Support tracking of investment activity and meeting follow-ups

    • Maintain accuracy of documents and deal files

    • Assist with CRM/database updates related to contacts, meetings, and deal notes

    • Help prepare materials for due diligence, investment committees, and portfolio reviews

    Logistics & Communication

    • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel

    • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

    • Draft and manage internal communications and team coordination

    • Support occasional team events, offsites, and investor meetings

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or financial services

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities

    • Confident communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills

    • High attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, DealCloud, Affinity) a plus

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $80,000 – $125,000, depending on experience
