We’re looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to work directly with the owner of a fast-growing service business.

What You'll Own:
Manage the owner’s calendar, priorities, and task flow
Keep communication tight — filter emails, follow up on key items, and draft responses
Join site visits, handle errands, coordinate vendors and appointments
Keep documents, lists, and checklists updated and functional
Handle light administrative work: invoicing, scheduling, notes, and follow-through
Eliminate distractions so the owner can focus on growth

Role Details:
Location: In-person, based in Cleveland (travel throughout Greater Cleveland)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Compensation: $60,000/year, paid weekly
