    Compensation: $52,000 - $65,000+ per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses)

    Are you an exceptionally organized and proactive professional who thrives on making an executive team more effective? TRIFECTA is seeking a world-class Executive Assistant to serve as the right-hand partner to our Founder.

    In this role, you will be the force multiplier for our leadership, ensuring the executive's time is optimized for the highest-impact activities. You will operate at the center of our fast-paced, mission-critical business, handling complex scheduling, coordinating key projects, and acting as a primary point of contact. The ideal candidate is a master of prioritization, an expert problem-solver, and handles every task with precision and discretion.

    Responsibilities

    • Executive Partnership: Act as the strategic partner to the Founder, managing a dynamic calendar, prioritizing inquiries, and ensuring their schedule is optimized for maximum effectiveness.

    • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, often with last-minute changes.

    • Meeting & Event Coordination: Manage all logistics for internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, tracking action items, and coordinating catering or A/V needs.

    • Communication & Gatekeeping: Serve as a key gatekeeper, professionally screening calls and correspondence and representing the executive office to clients, partners, and internal teams.

    • Project & Administrative Support: Assist with preparing presentations, drafting communications, managing expense reports, and handling special projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Required: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, directly supporting a C-level executive or company founder.

    • Highly Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced startup, tech, or agency environment.

    • Tech-Savvy: Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and familiarity with modern collaboration tools like Slack.

    • Impeccable Organization: You have an almost supernatural ability to manage competing priorities and bring order to chaos with a positive, can-do attitude.

    • Proactive Mindset: You are a master at anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.

    • Utmost Discretion: You have proven experience handling highly confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

    Compensation Details

    • Base Salary: $52,000 / year

    • Supplemental Pay: Performance-based bonuses
