    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Admissions for a network of career colleges and schools across Louisiana. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is comfortable working with data, reports, and cross-campus coordination.

    The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to the Vice President of Admissions, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, and effective communication across multiple campuses.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Admissions

    Create, maintain, and analyze daily and weekly admissions reports

    Develop detailed Excel dashboards and performance tracking tools

    Compile enrollment data and generate executive summaries

    Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and manage calendars

    Assist with CRM data management and reporting

    Travel to various campuses throughout Louisiana to support admissions teams

    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student and institutional information

    Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting dashboards)

    Strong analytical and reporting skills

    Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

    Willingness and ability to travel throughout Louisiana as needed on monthly basis

    High level of professionalism and discretion

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in vocational, post-secondary, or recruiting/admissions environments

    Experience working with enrollment metrics or performance-based teams

    Familiarity with CRM platforms or other admissions systems
