    Molaprise is seeking a globally minded Executive Business Manager to serve as a strategic right hand to the executive leadership team.

    This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, capital, and execution.

    The ideal candidate brings experience across venture capital, private equity, global market development, and tech-enabled startups — with a proven ability to manage investor relationships, support capital raises, and drive cross-functional execution at the leadership level.

    What You’ll Do

    Business Development & Growth Execution

    • Partner with leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies across Molaprise’s technology and services portfolio

    • Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic accounts

    • Lead and support proposal development, RFP responses, and sales enablement for enterprise clients

    • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to translate capabilities into client value propositions and winning strategies

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to expand Molaprise’s market footprint

    • Track and report on sales pipeline, revenue goals, and performance metrics

    Strategic & Operational Leadership

    • Serve as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CEO, ensuring alignment and follow-through across priorities

    • Lead strategic planning, goal setting, and progress tracking across teams and initiatives

    • Support business reviews, executive communications, and board-level materials

    • Bring structure to high-impact initiatives across technology implementation, system integration, and product development

    Go-to-Market & Execution Support

    • Work cross-functionally to launch new service offerings and market initiatives

    • Develop business plans, pricing models, and growth playbooks that enable scalable expansion

    • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure excellence from client acquisition through project delivery

    • Drive process improvement across sales, marketing, and operations

    Capital & Growth

    • Support capital raise efforts — including investor research, pitch materials, data rooms, and relationship management

    • Assist in developing growth and acquisition strategies across Mola Capital’s focus areas: private equity, real estate, and tech-enabled ventures

    • Track key financial and strategic performance indicators, providing insights that drive investor confidence

    Who You Are

    • 8–12+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, or high-growth startups

    • Deep understanding of capital markets, investor dynamics, and fundraising at early-to-growth stages

    • Strong relationship management skills with a track record of managing external partners and investors

    • Proven ability to operate at a high level across strategy, finance, business development, and operations

    • Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and discretion

    • Comfortable navigating global contexts and high-urgency environments

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or executive teams in a fast-scaling business

    • Exposure to enterprise technology, SaaS, or AI-enabled platforms

    • Prior experience supporting fundraising, M&A, or investor relations

    • Global outlook with experience in both emerging and developed markets
