Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and strategic Executive Business Partner to support senior leaders within a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will act as a trusted partner, operational anchor, and strategic enabler, helping leaders stay focused on high-impact priorities while ensuring teams operate efficiently and effectively.

Serve as a strategic partner to 2-3 senior leaders, ensuring alignment on priorities through proactive calendar and operational management
Own leadership operations end-to-end, including complex scheduling across time zones, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense management
Anticipate leader needs and prepare materials, briefings, and context for key meetings and engagements
Drive team operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, agendas, and action tracking
Maintain operational infrastructure such as shared documentation, reporting tools, and organizational resources
Plan and execute team off-sites, leadership summits, and events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination
Foster team engagement across distributed teams through thoughtful planning, recognition, and communication
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution across teams
8-10 years of experience supporting Director-level or senior leaders in fast-paced environments
Experience supporting global or distributed teams
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with speed and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong presentation and design skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote)
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and similar tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong judgment and follow-through
Start Date: May 16, 2026
Duration: 12-month contract
Location: Remote (within the US)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $38-$50/hour + benefits
