About the Role
Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support a senior executive in a high-growth organization. This role provides crucial administrative and strategic support while acting as a thought partner to align calendars with priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Administrative Support
- Manage advanced calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense management
- Take detailed notes and maintain reports and databases
- Facilitate office access for team members
- Event Planning & Team Support
* Plan and execute team events, offsites, activities, and recognition programs
* Create and maintain presentations and draft communications
* Manage purchase orders and assist with budget tracking and analysis
- Project Management
* Prepare reports for quarterly business reviews
* Create onboarding plans for key team members
* Drive process improvement initiatives
* Manage end-to-end external executive events
* Coordinate senior leadership agendas
- Stakeholder Management
* Maintain strong partnerships with internal departments including communications, talent, finance, legal, and recruiting
* Represent the organization professionally to internal and external stakeholders
* Build effective cross-functional relationships to facilitate scheduling and address spontaneous inquiries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting senior-level executives in an administrative capacity
- Previous experience in a high-growth environment strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, positive, and professional approach
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate conflict and provide diplomatic feedback
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations
- Outstanding organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in presentation tools (Google Docs, Keynote, Excel) and social networking platforms
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and poised under pressure
- Passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices

- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

- Duration: 12-month contract
- Pay Rate Range: $50-$60 per hour
