    About the Role

    Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support a senior executive in a high-growth organization. This role provides crucial administrative and strategic support while acting as a thought partner to align calendars with priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and maintains professionalism and confidentiality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Executive Administrative Support
      • Manage advanced calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up
      • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense management
      • Take detailed notes and maintain reports and databases
      • Facilitate office access for team members
    • Event Planning & Team Support * Plan and execute team events, offsites, activities, and recognition programs * Create and maintain presentations and draft communications * Manage purchase orders and assist with budget tracking and analysis
    • Project Management * Prepare reports for quarterly business reviews * Create onboarding plans for key team members * Drive process improvement initiatives * Manage end-to-end external executive events * Coordinate senior leadership agendas
    • Stakeholder Management * Maintain strong partnerships with internal departments including communications, talent, finance, legal, and recruiting * Represent the organization professionally to internal and external stakeholders * Build effective cross-functional relationships to facilitate scheduling and address spontaneous inquiries

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of relevant experience supporting senior-level executives in an administrative capacity
    • Previous experience in a high-growth environment strongly preferred
    • Strong work ethic with a proactive, positive, and professional approach
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to navigate conflict and provide diplomatic feedback
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations
    • Outstanding organizational skills with acute attention to detail
    • Advanced proficiency in presentation tools (Google Docs, Keynote, Excel) and social networking platforms
    • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and poised under pressure
    • Passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices

    Key Details

    • Location: Remote
    • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
    • Start Date: January 5, 2026
    • Duration: 12-month contract
    • Pay Rate Range: $50-$60 per hour
    • Travel Requirements: May require up to 25% travel
