LOOKING FOR AN EXECUTIVE CHEF(BOH) WHO HAS BEEN A GENERAL MANAGER (FOH)
MUST BE IN THE USA AND LEGAL TO WORK IN THE USA
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Executive chef / General Manager with a background in high volume, casual dining. This is a working, lead by example gig, the systems and recipes are all in place. We do not need a creative. We need autonomous, alpha leaders who can handle BOTH the FOH and BOH without "hand holding", want to grow with the company and are emotionally mature. We have 5 units at this time and will continue expanding in California, Las Vegas and other Southwest cities.
About the Role
Responsibilities include managing finances for the operation, producing quality food, and training junior personnel.
Qualifications
3+ years of Executive Chef AND Manager experience in a high volume restaurant
