This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and is committed to delivering outstanding dining experiences while maintaining impeccable kitchen operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring the production of high-quality, exceptional dishes in a high-volume fine dining setting.
    • Stay current with culinary trends and techniques, applying innovative cooking methods and cutting-edge presentations to elevate the menu and guest experience.
    • Oversee and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and consistency are consistently met.
    • Foster a culture of hospitality excellence by working closely with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
    • Mentor and develop the culinary team, providing ongoing training and feedback to enhance skills and performance.
    • Control food costs, labor costs, and inventory while maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.
    • Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
    • Collaborate with management to design and update the seasonal menu, incorporating creative and seasonal ingredients to delight guests.
    • Oversee the preparation of all food items, ensuring each dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
    • Maintain a strong presence on the kitchen floor during peak hours to ensure smooth operation and quality control.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume fine dining restaurant or establishment.
    • In-depth knowledge of current culinary techniques and trends, with a passion for creating innovative, high-quality dishes.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse culinary team.
    • Exceptional knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
    • A strong passion for hospitality excellence, with a dedication to creating outstanding guest experiences.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without compromising food quality or service.
