Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
