This is not just a cooking role—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals on their path to recovery. The ideal candidate is a creative culinary professional with experience in health-conscious cooking, who thrives in a calm, structured environment and understands the importance of food as part of healing.

    Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals for up to 12 clients and staff daily.

Design menus that are seasonally inspired, nutritionally balanced, and accommodate individual dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, low-sodium).

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen in accordance with health and safety standards.

Order, stock, and manage kitchen inventory and supplies.

Collaborate with clinicians, and wellness staff to ensure meals support recovery goals.

Provide warm, friendly interactions with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

Adapt to evolving needs with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.

    Qualifications

Proven experience as a chef in a residential, wellness, hospitality, or high-end dining environment.

Knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and dietary restrictions.

Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.

ServSafe or Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).

Compassionate, discreet, and calm under pressure—must be comfortable in a recovery-focused setting.

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Must pass background check and drug screening.

    Why Join Us?

Work in a beautiful, supportive, and mission-driven environment.

Help others in a life-changing way through the power of food.

A workplace that values wellness, teamwork, and mutual respect.
