Qualifications
5 years supervisory role in fine dining establishment
A.O.S. Culinary Degree preferred
High volume, complex food service operation experience
Experience creating menus, recipes and procedures
Responsibilities
Provide Direction for all day-to-day kitchen operations
Ensure exceptional food quality, utilizing superior products with an emphasis on presentation and flavor
Manage departmental controllable expenses
Develop a quality culinary team through requiting and internal development
Ensure food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
