eGourmet Solutions is one of the leading refrigerated and perishable fulfillment facility in the United States. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Customer Success Administrator to support sales operations, customer success initiatives, and executive workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional work, and can balance analytical tasks with creative and operational responsibilities.
You will play a key role in supporting pricing strategy, maintaining CRM workflows, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless execution across sales and customer success functions.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Pricing Support
- Build and maintain pricing simulations and models to support sales proposals and client discussions
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and pricing scenarios
- Track and follow up on sales opportunities to ensure timely progression
- Support pipeline visibility and reporting
CRM & Automation (HubSpot)
- Manage and optimize HubSpot sequences and workflows
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
- Assist in campaign execution and performance tracking
- Support automation improvements for sales and customer success processes
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination for leadership
- Prepare materials for internal and external meetings
- Assist with general administrative tasks and cross-team coordination
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule social media content aligned with company messaging
- Support light marketing initiatives and campaign coordination
- Collaborate on content ideas that highlight company capabilities and updates
Customer Success Support
- Provide backup support for customer success ticket management
- Help monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA adherence
- Assist with client communications and issue resolution follow-ups
Special Projects
- Support strategic and operational projects across departments
- Assist with process improvements, SOP documentation, and implementation
- Take ownership of ad hoc initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and pricing models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
Preferred Skills
- Experience in logistics, 3PL, or eCommerce environments
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and pricing strategy
- Basic marketing or social media content creation experience
- Experience supporting executive leadership
