The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operation of the facility. This role ensures compliance with Wisconsin CBRF regulations, oversees staff and program development, manages financial performance, and fosters a safe, supportive environment for residents and employees. Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facility • Ensure compliance with all applicable Wisconsin CBRF regulations and standards • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate management and direct care staff • Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partners • Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping practices • Represent the organization in the community and maintain positive public relations Qualifications: • Extreme Ownership: Demonstrates accountability, ownership of outcomes, and proactively removes obstacles • Resourcefulness: Finds effective solutions even with limited resources and independently seeks knowledge • Big Why: Possesses a strong, genuine dedication to serving and caring for vulnerable adults • Growth: 1% Better: Actively pursues self-improvement and team betterment each day • Humility: Embraces a solutions-focused attitude, welcoming feedback and putting egos aside for the best outcome • Trustworthiness: You're only as good as your word • Gratitude: Maintains a positive outlook, seeking and appreciating the good in all situations Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
