Adult Behavioral Health Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR)
Position Summary
The Executive Director provides overall leadership and operational oversight of an adult Behavioral Health Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) program. This role ensures high-quality, recovery-oriented residential services for adults living with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders while maintaining full regulatory compliance and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the CRR program
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and licensing regulations
Oversee clinical programming and service delivery
Manage budget, financial performance, and Medicaid billing oversight
Recruit, supervise, and develop multidisciplinary staff
Lead quality improvement, risk management, and safety initiatives
Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and community partners
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health or residential services
Strong knowledge of adult mental health, compliance standards, and program operations
Experience with budgeting and staff supervision
